At Comair it's 5 years for all furloughed, at a lower boarding priority, but still above buddy passes. Better than nothin I guess.

At US, we get passes the whole time we're out. It just bumps us down a couple of levels, and we lose the buddy passes (guest passes). And, I've noticed there is some kind of service charge that wasn't on there before the furlough (I don't know if that is just for furloughs or if US instituted another "tax" on everyone, though).
