Is any of this different then what happened when Midwest brought on SKW and make skyway shut their doors? Did the MidWest pilots cry for those guys? I don't have a dog in the fight, just trying to see the whole picture when the shoe is on the other foot why does it feel funny? This will continue to go on! Good luck to all.
The Midwest pilots tried to get all Skyway pilots added to our seniority list. Thanks for remembering. |

That's actually exactly what he said...
I thought Republic has a 51-78 seat rate for the E170 and a 78-99 seat rate for the E190. Midwest was only offered the E170 rate ... Captains top out at like $87 per hour. TPG/BB want that rate for E190 flying too. |

That isn't as black and white. However I agree with you and hope that all your guys do get integrated and I feel that your "active" list should be the list on the day the first Midwest painted 170 showed up a year and some months ago. Remember that these are just my opinions and I have no say in the outcome of any of this, Im just a $37 CHQ FO.
I am one of those guys and well you make $37 per hour more than I do now. Unfortunately, I too am just along for the ride, but it looks like my ride just stopped and I have to get off after 13+ years. I hope somehow something works out, but things are not looking peachy for the Midwest group. Many will NEVER see another aircraft. Many will be out of aviation, forever. |

I did not know that MEH management asked Midwest pilots to accept only the E170 rates. I misunderstood your post...my bad! |

Not sure if this is a honest thanks or a scarastic one. Why didn't it happen? Why did SKW get the flying over the skyway guys keeping it?

So because you are sympathetic to their plight you throw the word scab around.

Katana? What did you get with the J. Crew gift certificate? and if it cost less than $25 did they give you cash back so you could buy food or clothes for your kids, or did they issue a store credit? |

I don't know why Skywest was brought in. All I know is the Midwest pilots offered a LOA to add all current and fourloughed Skyway pilots onto our seniority list. TH said, No. |
