Quote: Amazing how quickly SWA gets dragged into this, aint it?

FatBoy, by all means, demonstrate what you mean by getting fired up about maintenance woes. ..........

FatBoy would NEVER do that. Why would you think that? As he plainly states in ALL posts concerning SWA, I am the ONLY basher of SWA on this forum. At least in his small world...........

Sorry Ogogog, I will stand on my word. I have an extremely low approval rating for the average government employee. Sorry if you are offended. I'm sure there are some diamonds in the rough, I've just have never met them.

Boy, that didn't take long, did it? .......interesting how YOU can say something derrogatory about SWA and it's quite okay, but if I say something in a post, God forbid you don't agree with it, it must make me a SWA basher which is so far from the truth it isn't even funny anymore.............

Ewr, you just don't get it. I never said anything derrogatory. And because you used that word proves my point. Stating fact and discussing logical arguments are different than sweeping fallacy that you've stated in the past.

LuvJockey and I had a very good exchange about what went down at Southwest. I am glad that he was able to shed some light on the ridiculousness of our government. Did you catch that ogogogo?

Quote: The main problem is that the airlines have scaled back it's mx employee workforce and has overburdened those who are left with increased workloads.
Or maybe the Feds are a little overzealous in their desire to let everyone know that they still do their jobs, have a job, and want everyone to hear them roar once and a while. Oberstar (as with most politicians) is a buffoon, and probably prods his boyoos for action every 3-4 months or so. I'll trust a Boeing engineer over a fed any day of the week, that is not saying much though.
