International rules apply when flying from the main land to HNL. So if it were Ontario California, the schedule round trip would be done in under 12 hours scheduled.

Default My worst trip

This was one trip that I had when I was a corporate puke.
DAL TEB DAL HOU DAL TEB DAL.
For those of you thats Dallas New York Dallas Houston Dallas New York then DAL.
Mind you this was 1 day trip.
I had to use 2 different F.O's for the trip.

I stayed the night in TEB and went home the next morning.
At least I got 4 hours of sleep.

Friggen worst day I have ever had.

Sure glad I made 30 grand a year for such dedication.

I've done that in the DC-10, well close. SFO-OGG-SFO, one duty period 9 hours & change (with an FE). I'll take that any day over some of these domestic pairing the commuter guys are posting.....yikes!

The worst pairing that I fly now is just about anything in Asia that starts at 2am body clock time and flys right up to 7:59 un-augmented, at night, and normally through thunderstorms.

We fly Hnl-Lax-Hnl. Its good for 11+ hours block, maybe 17-18 hr. duty. A real ball buster, but very senior since You make alot of time and layover in Hnl.

I can tell you from experience that while those trips are legal, since international rules apply under Part 121, they are not fun, especially when unaugmented.

Being from there originally, TEB is actually NEW JERSEY!!! CLOSE to New York though.
That's like our company saying we fly to BOS, when we fly to PVD (and it's at least an hour drive).
Although we are going to the ACTUAL BOS in Aug.

All reasons I'm happy I dont fly a B1900 and I am not part 135. This has got to be the worst week I have ever seen. Atleast you had a lot of deadheading on the last day bacause I'm sure you were dead in the head by that time.
