You guys are different
So pilots are now going start comparing who got screwed the worst in order to get hired by another major?!? This industry just keeps getting more absurd by the hour!

I am far from an HR expert, but can this preferential hiring practice be considered a form of discrimination?

And I have been asking why the Midwest integration takes so long. Is there a lawyer in the house?

should get first dibs on any future hiring.
Our seniority list at CAL is filled with AA/TWA guys that already were able to hold CA in 2008. I'd say they've moved on, as is probably the case for a lot of them. We also have ATA guys that bailed before that operation sank too. P.S. AA is not ALPA. This was an ALPA deal.

As an AStar (legacy DHLAirways ) pilot I wish to extend my thanks and gratitude to the pilots of AirTran and Continental for offering this to our group.

P.S. LifeNtheFstLne,

With the AirTran app window open, what's the status of getting the AStar and MidWest guys into the queue?
