I guess I'll be the first to say (although I haven't seen the TA - I have heard from the 'horses mouth'):

Essentially the same work rules and the same beni's, and ONLY a 18% FO pay increase and 10% CPT pay increase...

Wha...???

Our CPT's are going to vote yes. Most FO's will vote no. Yet 50+% is all that is needed and another substandard contract passes... I feel like I've just been kicked in the b#lls...

I can't believe after all this support we had both coming from internally and externally. We could have gone on for weeks. I mean Allegiant's 3rd year FO pay is $78 and we TAd $66?

This is a total failure of the MEC and the MEC ONLY! The pilots were 100% behind them! We were far from breaking down. Not one plane moved. And the result is? Dragging it down... we did it again.

Wait till you read it........if you don't like it - VOTE NO

Wait till we see it guys. Then flip out. Starting a negative campaign now only lowers our expectations.

Not to be confused with T&...

Remember, the "T" in TA stands for tentative.

Hold out for what you guys deserve. You already showed them that you can and will strike, that they have no lift when you do, and that other pilot groups will support you.

Good luck, guys.

TA's
I would assume (dangerous I know) that Spirit pilot negotiators would not TA something that appears to be worse than what mgmt offered Sat morning before the strike, right?

Does any one know why the pilots have to go back to work without seeing and voting on the new TA? They don't even know what sort of contract they are operating under when they fly tomorrow. Why give mgmt that?

Pat on the back
Also, lots of folks here giving the Spirit pilots a pat on the back for holding strong. I aplaude them as well, but if they sign something weak after all this we ought to all kick them in the head...twice!

Congratulations! I hope you all get what you've been asking for. And even though I can understand why some would not want the Spirit proposal to be made public, how else can pilots reference it with other working agreements? I say, let everyone see it!
