-good work environment/atmosphere, nice small company, adequate salary, good bid system setup, good aircraft, based at an excellent airport in an area where I would love to live.
#2: Continental.
-Pretty much the same as above, except: "traditional" bid system setup, bases are less desireable.
Why I can't work at Frontier: no internal connection
Why I can work at Continental: have internal connection.

Fly to cool places, I would get to stay on the west coast. Oh, and the employees there are really cool.
