I have a problem with a list that ranks Wal-Mart so highly.

I agree. Who put this crap together? Just a moment or two before the IPA carpet bombing of another company that made the list.

Maybe there needs to be a list of top advertisers in FORTUNE magazine??

Post deleted. I mistakenly posted something that was not true and I apologize. But now everyone thinks I'm just a SWA hater because I work for "God's gift to aviation."

If in fact SWA is number 4 on the entire list and number three on the airline list, I would certainly like someone to explain this discrepancy. There has to be a logical reason.

The Top 50 list is judged by business people in general. The specific industry list is made by those within that particular industry (i.e., the airline industry, or one's peers.)

Maybe they consider SWA a heating oil futures trading company and not an airline?
