Default Employee benefits comparison; SWA and FDX

Can someone compare benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) between SWA and FDX? How about vacation time?

Default Bigger Issues

A career at Fedex and SWA would be so different I cannot imagine health benefits being a signinficant deciding factor.

SWA is daytime domestic short haul with good pay and benefits.

Fedex is a combination of every other type of flying (day, night, short, long, domestic, Int'l) with good pay and and benefits.

If one has the option of both career paths make the decision on QOL, base choice, and the type of flying that will make you and your family the happiest.

Very different jobs!

After talking to a buddy at SWA I can say that FDX vacation time is much better. If you work it right you can have 4 weeks off per vacation period.

Don't know about health care, etc. but most providers in my area say that my (FDX) health and dental benefits are much better than most.

Default The benefits CAE Simuflite & Flight Safety

Since CAE pays 80% for their employees can anyone share with me where the Flight Safety costs fall to cover a family on their medical plan? I heard they give you 2% of your annual salary as their contribution and you have to pay the rest sounds great for a single person but crazy for a family. Any thoughts?
