Glad to see Bank of America made the cut... AGAIN.

You'd think they'd take the hint after making every one of these lists year after year.

Hmmm, Delta makes the list as one of the most hated yet carries more passengers than any other carrier in the world? What's the methodology? Total number of complaints? Or, number of complaints per customer? I'm guessing the former.

The methodology for all things aviation in "journalism" is whatever sells more copy, preferrably if you can scare people but it you can't do that then whatever riles their populist rage the most. Just wait for the pilot hating rhetoric that starts spewing from Pravda come contract time for all the carriers looking for improvements.
