Turtle guts on the runway, is that when we use "clutter" numbers?

The braille takeoff is not so funny when you take the turtle route into the grass.

^^^^ One of the better quotes of the month. :D

At Coex we had a E145 touchdown in some remote Mexican factory town village (normal) and as the nose wheel came down it struck a jack rabbit running from a fox. Nothing the crew could do. They made the normal u-turn on the runway and were headed back to the ramp and noticed the fox desperately trying to drag the rabbit away before the bird came back for it.

Just wait until you visit Costa Rica. The Iguana come to sun themselves on the runway. The runway is such a POS that you barely notice the water balloon like impact of the Reptiles. They kind of go "pop" which adds to the amusement of the whole spectacle.

I guess pilots are a lot like turtles. We both go a long way and do stupid things to get some...
