Age 60 Pairing Restriction question & 767-200
#1
I have two quick questions.
If you work for an airline that does international flying, how does your company handle pairing of crewmembers who are over age 60? Pref bidding? Buy outs?
Second, other than CAL, who else operates the B767-200 in a passenger configuration.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Ours (FDX) bumps the FO, with pay.
He is then placed into this "thing" we have that is similar to reserve equal to the # of days of the pairing he was removed from.
The big difference from this vs. traditional reserver is that now the FO can say "No" to any trips assigned during that footprint if he doesn't want to do them, at a resultant pay loss.
