Default SWA Pay?

I used to have the ACTUAL way SWA pilots are paid. I can't find it. I see the "conversion" factor all over, but what is the ACTUAL way (per trip?) SWA pays? And what is the MINIMUM guar. for the month? 13 pay periods?

Min Guarantee is what ever your line is scheduled to pay. Avg about 95 trips for pay. Lines pay anywhere from 88 trips to 105.
Rsv get 90 trip guarantee except for feb. and I can't remember what it is. The reserves have a daily guarantee of 6tfp.

A trip is about 55 min or 243 miles. To put it differently, the official conversion is 1 hour = 1.1393 trips for pay.

This all started when 1 trip was 1 leg between DAL and HOU and evolved from there.
