Exclamation Xjt

Hi im doing some research for my Commercial Ground School class. We have to write a paper on a company, so I figured I would write one about a company im interested and working for when I get the req time. If any of you XJT folks would like to help me out I would really appreciate it.

Here are the questions I need to address in my paper.

What type of airplanes does XJT operate?
What are the entry requirments? (minimums)
What is the upgrade time?
What is the salary like?
And also would you be able to tell me about the position(other than just flying what do you do), what is the training and recurrent training program like, and what is the typical daily routine.

Like I said if anyone is able to help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
