Default What happens to Eagle if AA/US merge?

Just wondering what happens to Eagle if the AA/US merger happens? Are they considered separate? Regional?

I think if AA and UA merge a Moderator will still come along and move this post to the Regional section.

USair would own eagle as well. Not sure how it would play out. Do we get used like Expressjet has in United, or do we end up like Comair. The longer it takes the better.

To note the Compass flow up has stayed at Delta.

The agreement for pilots to flow from Compass to Delta is no longer intact. Those on the Compass seniority list, prior to the flow being canceled still have flow rights; all those hired after the flow termination do not.

Bar;
What he is stating is that the flow is only for those that were on the seniority list on a specific date. After that they do not have flow rights.

My understanding is the flow up was canceled when assets were transferred to Hulas. (TSA extraordinaire!) At that time they took a snapshot of the seniority list, and everyone prior has flow, everyone after, has to apply and interview like everyone else.

The Flow Down still exists as well. If that's cancelled(regardless of who owns Compass) there are substantial penalties to management that require parking 76 seaters.
