He will answer all your questions depending on time. You might not like the answer but he walks the walk. He knows this industry inside and out and has figured out how a legacy carrier can thrive.

Well he should know this industry by now, he's been around a long time.

He was one of Frank Lorenzo's Lawyers at CAL, when he took Eastern apart.

Yep, he's great. Very personable and, I found him, real. Sat in coach and chatted up the crew. Very comfortable.

I've had RA on the jumpseat. I thought he was a very engaging and courteous guy.

Over the years I've had most other CEOs stop by to say Hi. Leo, Gerrry, even Mo'Ron once gave me a ride to the employee paking lot up in Beantown, when he and his boys were up there a long time ago. He didn't talk much, but he did let me ride with him.

Has anyone seen Richard at the airport, or had him on a flight?

Or does he only fly on the GV at Delta Air Elite?

I've had him on a couple of flights. Every time he came to the cockpit about 15 minutes before boarding and talked to us well into boarding. First class had open seats and he still sat in coach. Admittedly it was a short flight but he has always come up front to talk. Very knowledgable about the operation.
