Default 2nd quarter loss?

Guys, the losses are just writeoffs from future periods. Excluding these writeoffs, we are forecasting a profit of 80 cents a share. This is almost double the amount of last year. According to the filing, they will be setting aside $120 to $150 million in profit sharing for the quarter. Operating margin of 8 to 10 percent.

So let's go for the homerun and roll the dice with RA? Is it your hunch that we'll get more soon after rejecting it? How sure are you? 19.7% in the next 2 1/2 years could evaporate if we go back to full negotiations and mediation. Are you certain?

I am talking about whether or not we made a profit for the quarter.
