I have the view directions on mine as well. Seems like many have this. I applied back in August, before this latest app window dated 9/27. Does anyone who applied after 9/27 have this? Any validity to the post that says they'll be calling, other than a rumor?

It means that the computer has selected your app to be reviewed by a human. It has inserted a place holder, if you will, in the pile of apps.
