What happened to Delta?
First let me say that the cabin crew were some of the finest I’ve had the privilege of being taken care of. I was on a full fare ticket from RDU to LAX via ATL. No uniform… no regalia.
I’ve been an expat for some 22 years. I usually travel from EWR to SIN. That being said, I do not expect much from RDU to EWR. Sadly to say today However, I had to traverse the US from RDU to LAX via ALT. I got to tell you, the cabin service from ATL to LAX was substandard to that of premium economy of foreign carriers. Again… the cabin crew were very professional, friendly and sympathetic. The video system was intermittent. I observed other videos monitors around my seat. They were segmented as if uploading from Y-tube…. Not a great way to way to attract customers… what do ya think? If I were a jump seater I could not care less… but alas, I was not… I was a full fare customer. I asked for a package of extra bread sticks. I was told, that only one package per tray was uploaded. Yeah… Delta management must really be proud of their operations. Cognac??? I’m sorry, as the cabin crew said… “That’s only for international flights”. Delta management must also be really be proud of their operations too. The odors of the lavs reminded me of a journey from the hotel in Mumbai to the Airport. OOOOOOOO bad memories ewwwww. |

No cognac!? What kind of bar is this!? Oh, it's an airline? Well...
|
You get what you pay for and the American public won't pay for much
|
Delta doesn't serve cognac on flights unless the aircraft has a library for its guests to retire to where they can enjoy a fine cigar.
(BTW, identical post to two separate threads...nice touch. That flight really got to you, didn't it? No extra bread sticks?!! SHeeet, that could get a guy to go through some serious PTSD. You might want to get a personal injury lawyer on the line ASAP.) |

This is an outrage. What happened to Delta indeed, sir.
I will be at work tomorrow, and I will go see the VP of breadsticks and cognac. Heads will roll. I have had it up to here with this stuff. It sickens me. http://www.reactiongifs.com/wp-conte...06/sad_kid.gif |
