Any truth to the rumor that Primaris has shut down?

They've got to be short on cash. I can't see them lasting much longer.

We'll see.

Just spoke to a VP last night. He was in an upbeat mood and was positive about their future. He said they are "just about to get the money together."
I don't know him that well however. So take it for what what it's worth.

There was a web site (about 2 yrs ago) that appeared to be a "Start Up" . Turned out to be some college or high school kid who was very skilled with a computer. Anybody remember that? or have any ifo on what happened. He had a lot of people fooled.

Haven't heard much talk about them. A few of the guys are the ones who tried to start Heartland a few years ago. The website was recently updated, so they must not have given up yet...

Primaris has been flying a supplemental operation for Venezuelan carrier Santa Barbara Airlines since last summer. They have one B-757 that operates from MIA-CCS-MIA. During certain periods, they fly a double turn w/ layovers in CCS. They are still seeking funding for their start-up operation.

They can keep looking. They have a better chance of finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
