Top 10 Least Respected Brands In America
What a worthless survey, and I am sure Delta pilots would get a kick out of this. Now, just me, I would think maybe a tobacco company would come in first. Obviously this survey does not have much merit, but any thoughts on this or other brands? Cheers |
Boring... Now where's did I put my cognac?
|
The cognac is in first class, but the breadsticks are running out. A travesty indeed.
|
 I can think of quite a few brands that deserve a place in the top 10.
Delta wouldn't have been one of them. |
Fluffington Post publication....That about sums it up right there.

I don't know. If you live in Memphis, you might agree with the survey.

I saw this on airliners net. My favorite response was the young 767-400 fanboy who was yelling that DL has the best product in the world and should sue them. That was worth the read. :)

Does Delta make money for their investors? Absolutely. Business leaders understand the things companies do in order to make money, while the general public does not. The way in which Delta utilized Regional Elite was very despicable. This is not the only action Delta has executed that is morally questionable. Business leaders understand that concept, which is why I believe Delta was voted number 1.
Sorry for the rant |
Richard Dick Anderson is Scumbag!!!

What do you really think?

Will we get a new sticker for the side of the plane?

If you think this, I wonder what you think of George Pickett (No, not the Civil War general) and John Beiser. Or maybe Ron Allen or Leo Mullen. If you don't know who these "gentlemen" are, then you really don't know what you are saying. |

I wonder how we will ever get people to work here.... We will never get any pilots or Fa's to apply....Wasn't there 22000 applications in for the 400 slots of fa's we hired last time?

Maybe you feel the same way about Jerry Atkin? Clearly he's not trying to whipsaw ExpressJet against Skywest.
Whipsaw is part of the game. Right now JA is not as bad as Dick. |

I enjoyed Richard Anderson's opening in sky magazine about how it's all about taking care of people... While he's dragging DCI through the mud for more concessions on already low wages.

"As a retired Delta pilot i was incensed with Anderson's opener in the old safety video. He said C.E. Woolman built Delta on the principles of honesty, integrity, and mutual respect. He is so correct. Richard Anderson doesn't even deserve being mentioned in the same sentence with CE Woolman much less being allowed to sit at his desk." George and John I know who they are. I was hired right after they sold ASA to Delta. You know where you stood with George and John. Back then ASA was just a stepping stone job. Ron Allen, The CEO who started the demise of Delta Airlines. Leo Mullin, The man who robbed Delta Airlines of Millions of dollars. The man who Fired about 25,000 employees world wide. The man who took Delta Airlines to the gutter. |

A quote from a single individual(also from an unknown source)that you could've made up and typed on your own. That certainly is strong support for your claim. |

As a current Delta pilot, who has had the chance to speak directly to Mr Anderson, I cannot agree with what some retired Delta pilot has to say. Did it occur to you that maybe he has some beef about his retirement?

I've never been a fan of this statement. There was a similar comparison made with regard to pilot hiring at Virgin America awhile back. The vast majority of Harvard applicants are already the cream of the crop. What would Harvard's admission percentage be if every college bound senior applied? Anyway, it doesn't change the point, of course. It's crazy competitive to become an FA at Delta. I just think this particular comparison is misleading. </pedant> |

What a worthless survey....
Says ASA, in its blog post. At the moment, the response for the new brand from some of its employees seem to be deeply disappointing. But let’s see how it goes.. After all, they don’t paint their name on their planes. - See more at: ASA and ExpressJet becomes SureJet - The Networker Business SureJet now says it isn't By JENALIA MORENO, HOUSTON CHRONICLE | July 20, 2011 | Updated: July 21, 2011 12:03am |
The people in the survey must know Lee Moak personally. Otherwise, seems like a good operation to me.
|
I wonder what the list of questions were in this survey and why they were not posted in this article

So I think your right about it being extremely competitive. For the others that are worried it is a bad place to work...Well that's easy, this is America so your free to head on over to Home Depot or Wal-Mart whichever is closer to your crib. |
