jetBlue April 8th interview
There. I'll start the thread. Good to meet many of you at the interview today. I realize it is going to be a week or two, but if/when you hear something please post and I'll do the same.

Congrats all, I interviewed 3/11 and got the phase 2 email the 21st. The wait is the worst.

Anyone completing IOE after January 31st cannot vote. So by the end of the union vote roughly 150 people will be employees with no say in it. More than 5 percent. |
I'm thinking we will hear something by (on?) Friday of this week. Seems like the last few interview groups have heard right around the 10 day mark.

Sad that you don't even know how the process works. Food for thought for the new hires: the a321 is coming. Based on FOQA data, JetBlue would have had 4 tail strikes based on the way the current fleet is being flown. That's 8 terminations (4 ca, 4 fo) with a really hard time finding a new job. As far as I know, the rest of the legacies have had multiple tailstrikes in their a321 and 737-800/900 aircraft, and even some 757 models, and none have been terminated, just re-trained in the sim. Its your job. Protect it. |
