Interesting article unfortunately I think the graphs pull old data. Specifically JB previously only matched 5% whereas now they're at 13%.
I'd say the yellow portion should roughly look like Alaska's who matches 13.5%.

JetBlue contributes 3% for pilots. A pilot would need to contribute 5% for the company to contribute an additional 5% match. The other 5% is profit sharing that is Board approved. If one was to get a 6% profit sharing check, there would be a negative -5% realized, and actually a gain of only 1%.
