It's a great program that has ran a few times before. It seems to present a fair and balanced view of American, as well as the airline industry as a whole. Bob Crandall is even in a few segments, which is pretty entertaining.

I just caught a bit of it. Now I know why my luggage gets so beat up! I always wondered what the bowels of the airport look like. That machine that punches the bags over to the other conveyor looks deadly!

The next time I'm flying and thinking about packing a bottle of California's finest vintage in my bag, for a gift (or for myself) I may have to reconsider.
It does explain though how my clothing often ends up lopsided on one side of the suitcase!

All who pay attention at AA know that Boettcher is one of the worst of management apologists and would snap up that long-sought-after management job in a nano-second, if they would just offer it to him.
So, yes, I agree, the overall production is pretty good; but take it with a grain of salt. Hopefully we can run sellouts like Boettcher out in the upcoming elections.

The only problem is that they interview Gary Boettcher, the DCA Chairman of APA, as if he is a union hardass.
