Jetblue Initial gouge

E'rebody knows there's gouge out there. And I mean everyone in training. Just don't have it showing on your iPad when the Feds are there, or show it to the manager of standards for Christ's sake.

In what way? Do they bust a lot of pilots? Or do they give pull you aside with a 'heads up' or give an extra session or two in the sim?

How are the sim instructors? Nice, tough...or the gamut? That's the way it is at my company.

No they dont. Plenty of chances are given.

No gouge is needed. Laid back training, very good instructors IMHO. Make sure you have cold beer in the fridge and plenty of stuff to grill at night. Pull the books out at the table after or before dinner for an hour, then grab another cold one. I enjoyed it.
