Jetblue Initial gouge

Does anyone have a 320 Initial gouge?

Thanks

Stay between the lines, cooperate and graduate.

They give you everything you need to study, don't try to learn the plane before you show up.

Very good advice. The whole training process at JB is very laid back and everyone is super helpful.

Jetblue Initial gouge

You ll get gouge when you hit class or within a few days after . Get it from someone who just went through versus someone from a year ago, normally the class ahead of you supplies all the good stuff

This thread should be deleted. Never ever talk about gouge, first rule of training.

Too laid back I might add. Whatever gouge u can get take it and stay a head of the game.

Please be careful with this. We've had people in the past studying material from other airlines that operate the Airbus and it has bitten them in the butt.

Too laid back?
What do you want them to do, yell at you about flows?
It's simple, study what they give you and you are set.

lol, if that's what you want. Let me say this, you will get the gouge promptly on your arrival. If you know you going on the bus the lights and switches guide should be known back to front. 190 is easy to cover. There is no guidance on what to study. Jet blue doesn't train you, you train yourself. It's not a training course it's a correction course especially if you are on the bus. Be one lesson ahead in the P PHASE. I'm telling you, it's a easy course but can be easily burned. Pro standards don't hesitate to give flags..

Guys... It's not rocket surgery.

Do what your told. Study and know the lights and switches guide. Mem. Items, the limitations they tell you. Then it's all call outs, flows and profiles.

Not sure when "the gouge" came out but you really don't need it. They tell you what to know then test you on it. There's no tricks.
