They are trying to establish the true meaning of on demand taxi services from short to medium range operations. Other than that... no information regarding pay, benefits, QOL... etc.

From what i hear, the place should be gone in a few months. the chief pilot is leaving, the sales team is struggling, and there is not much communcation between dispatch, and sales, creating lots of confusion. It sounds like a good idea, but i suppose all of the details have not been worked out.
Any time built for low timers is good time even if the job is short lived, but read about the history of FED EX and Southwest.

Hey... if any of you aviators meet there requirements, and you are close to their offices, bring a CV... drop by and talk to them. If they need pilots, they will talk to you. It can't hurt.

P2P was started by a UND alum who was given a few million grant from the government as a pilot project to test the feasibility of a competitive point-to-point service for rural areas in ND as opposed to the current airline hub and spoke strategy. I have an old flight instructor who is #2 on the seniority list there (I suppose thats alot like being the worlds tallest midget), and the mins are 135 mins for single-pilot IFR. As far as the company strength goes, its a small start up company so obviously its going to have its up's and down's. As I mentioned, the federal government gave the company a grant and the State of North Dakota and many of the bigger cities in ND (again, like being the world's tallest midget) have a stake in the company, so the chances of it disappearing quickly I would think are remote. Their fleet is pretty new and very nice, flying Cirrus and Diamond Twin Stars, all with glass and the new ADS-B equipment. They also have signed a contract with Diamond to buy the new D-Jet. For now, it sounds like if you want to spend most of your day hanging out in bf north dakota building single-pilot ifr time, then its the place to be. More info and background in the articles below:
