Have you guys heard of Pass737? (www.pass737.com) Someone recommended it to me but I haven't decided whether to get the materials or not.

Default 21 Feb Class

Hey guys,

Just got an email for the 21 Feb class! Oct interview, Nov DB, typed in '02.

I too have heard about the pass cards. Some have them, some don't. I think I'm with Globe--just going to study what they send me. It's also in line with what a lot of friends advised. Any one else have any recommendations?

Look forward to seeing you guys in Dallas!!

I ordered the PASS stuff and it has some good info, but honestly, I never ever really used any of it once in class since they gave us all the materials to study.

Helpful before class, but will probably not use them once your there. Might be good for a PC later on down the road though.

The only thing that I bought that I recommend is the 737 Cockpit Companion (SWA Version). The two FRM manuals you get in class are huge, but not required to be carried in your flightbag. The CC is a mini version that alot do have in their bag. It has some great information. I think they are 40 bucks or something around there.

Still waiting "patiently" for the call (or email)....beginning to wonder when the March class dates are...Fini flight in two weeks, moving in three, and hopefully starting class in four!

I finished training about a month ago. Heading to Oakland for Feb...no big surprise there.

Everyone lately has been going to Oakland. For how long, that is the question.

Anyway, you'll have fun, just don't stress out over the whole training thing.

I'm just wondering...what's the big stink on Oakland? I'm from the Bay Area, I don't think it's that bad...Although it won't be my choice of domicile (too expensive)...Would rather fly out of Chicago or Phoenix...and eventually Las Vegas.
