Clarion…as of last month it was $73 and some change out the door. Lots of AA commuters stay there and they understand our hours. Clean and decent rooms for commuting. 305-871-6000.

I don't believe that they do.

What they DO offer however is $1 beers out of the vending machine, beachfront property and a GREAT view of the TAM and TAP crews hanging out by the pool...

Check out Miami Dade bus service. I think there is an "Airport Flyer" that is an express with limited stops to the beach areas. Not sure if it runs by the Sherry, but one connection will work.

At the hotel, wait for a van company shuttling crews. Speak with the driver, get a phone number and tip well. They will probably give you a pick up time and let you ride with another crew for a good tip. The other crews probably won't mind if you ask them. Dress decent, not like some douche in too small skinny jeans and white framed shades and spiked hair.

Act like an entitled brat and a good thing will end.

MIA Terminal hotel is $100 out the door if rooms available. Red Roof, Courtyard and Holiday Inn run $85 or so. Priceline worth a try also.

In season? Suck time from what I hear. I stay around there only once a year.
