State of the Airline Industry
A very interesting URL with excellent graphs, charts, and good info, which asks/answers questions like:
-Will industry demand remain strong in 2016?
-Is there overcapacity in the industry?
-What is happening with industry cap rates?
-What will happen with fuel prices?
-What will happen with Pax yields?
-How is the pilot shortage affecting US carriers?
-What will happen with fares in 2016?
The folks who put this together got at least one thing right...
..."compensation is the single biggest issue contributing to the pilot shortage".
