Always used a Purdy Neat (Luggage works) 22 inch model. I'm on #3 and still wouldn't use anything else.

You're on number THREE and still endorse it?

Wow.

Costco or Briggs and Riley. Lifetime warranty on both and half the weight of the Purdy Nasty bag.

I also have 3 Purdy Neat bags......in the basement, broken and with torn zippers.

You can buy the bag for $200 and have it rebuilt for &150-ish every couple of years. Or, just buy the Costco bag for $99. It's way lighter and my 4 year old bag still looks brand new.

I drank the Purdy Neat koolaid for years and am embarrassed it took me 3 bags to realize what junk it is. Eff that company.

Sorry, the value is not there. I, too, have spent the cash on purty neat and strong bags over the years. Learn from the old guy.

Here ya go!

Kirkland Signature Upright 21.5" Black Carry-on

I've had mine for maybe 5 or 6 years and it looks as good as the day I bought it. The only thing that has broken on mine is the expansion zipper. The metal zipper went missing when I had to take a rare airline flight somewhere. Corporate flying is pretty gentle on luggage though. Now to see how it stands up some airline flying.

If you go to Costco, you might not be able to find this particular bag though. They have an updated hybrid hard/soft sided version of this bag that I don't really care for. I feel it has less room inside of it and feels cumbersome.

I have a travel pro. I like it. It's light and fits. The only disadvantage is when the other guy has one of those lead brick bags that weight 30#+ and always puts it on top.
