Do they still require a 4 year degree. I remember in the late 90s only a couple REQUIRED it.

One had 1800 hrs ttl and sic in a dc-9. That is where. MD88 = DC9 + steroids. |

You mention Capt's Swift and Wildhaber being at a WIA convention later this weekend. Is that open to the public.....not familiar with WIA. I have a pretty good app in with about 5 internal recommendations...nothing heard yet. Guess I need to press the flesh. Thanks in advance.:)

It was last weekend and they took in a ton of resumes. We will see if anyone get a call from that conference.

Staight from the system chief pilot:
Generally speaking, with all else being equal, right now our competitive mins are about 4000 hours total time and 500-1000 PIC. I expect that to strengthen in the coming weeks as we get closer to bankruptcy exit and as more military pilots become available. Kevin |
There are 19 slots of the March 20th class. As of now you are getting called for a class in the order that you interviewed.
