Delta tired of unprofessional looking females
 

The Delta 4th floor decided they're tired of the female Pilots wearing their hats without having their hair in a ponytail. So they went and changed the FOM to forbid it.

Forget about the fat overweight Beer Gut guys with yellow shirts and their jackets unbuttoned because they can't get it around their belly. But those girls with their hat on without their hair in a ponytail now that's downright unprofessional.

I wish DAL had kept the "Robin Hood" hat it had years ago, suiitable for all hair styles.

Fortunately there's a march on Washington coming up for women's rights. They should show up in full regalia...

Seriously though, sorry to hear this is the crap that management worries about. I guess in Atlanta a pony tail is professional? Looks kinda school-girl to me. Nothing professional about it.

Males have restriction on hair, why shouldn't the ladies.

Could always go with the Rachel Maddow look.

What's the problem? Sorry you have wear a hat though.

If there's an actual point you'd like to make I'll be happy to entertain it. My point was there are bigger things to worry about than how the company you represent asks you to wear your hair for a few hours a day while they pay you 6 figures. Do you disagree? There are standards set for everyone. Besides I'm betting there's a story behind this..
