Yeah, because no one in the last 3 months has predicted every week that it is going to happen next week.

Does anyone else see NWALPA holding up a huge middle finger at DALPA and Co. cutting a deal that doesn't include them? It would have to be a deal that benefits both groups, and if it is why not include them from the jump?

"The plan includes a small premium for Northwest investors, three of the people said. Delta Chief Executive Officer Richard Anderson will run the combined carrier, and Northwest CEO Doug Steenland will likely be a board member, the people said."
What a shock there huh?..Back to the Richy and Dougy show ..part 2...get ready people.
For us NWA people, we've been there, done that. Richy bailed out when he saw the times getting tough and left us to Steenlands guidance. Could happen again.

Since the DAL pilots refused an arbitration offer from NWA pilots, it stands to reason that the NWA guys were confident with their seniority proposal and the DAL guys felt disadvantaged.

NWA CA buddy of mine basically said that DAL pilots have signed a deal with DA for more $$$ and threw the NWA guys under the bus. My question is: how much more money is involved since it was the DAL pilots that felt disadvantaged by arbitration--which is where this is ultimately going. In short, DAL is seen here as selling out their seniority. I have to wonder what it was worth?

BTW I'm just a casual observer, I have no opinion on which group is correct. I'm just seeking answers.
