Mesa wasn't the first to propose this. If you fly for American, ALL your regionals do this now. So thank them!

Um, what?

Pay does not decrease for FOs after DOS+2 at any AA WO.

Matter of fact, I don't think that happens at any airline...

lololololol!!!! You will literally be making less money 20 years from now than what a FO makes at another regional today, including bonuses. It's a joke.

2016 LOA FO Flex pay at Envoy ... aka interim rates.
Don't use matter of fact and think in the same sentence. Ruins your credibility.

That had nothing to do with the question. Reread the question. The question was "Everyone has 100% DH" and thats not true. If you want to talk about pay then, I totally agree with you.

I was talking about you, not the question. You're defending 62% DH pay by saying other places don't have 100% either, like Alaska. To which I said those other places aren't even in the same league, despite their DH policy. You need all the help you can get, why are you defending mediocrity?

I feel that you are trying to twist everything you can to make your self in the right or feel superior. The question was DH, I answered. In no point was I defending 62%. Or do I need to spell it out further.

Dude your grasping. He quoted my post from the other forum. Neither of us defended anything. The point of my post was that people need to stop talking out their ass. Numerous people claimed "everyone" has 100% dh pay. Meaning that we were the only airline that's not 100%. That's flat out wrong.

There were 2 straight pages of how not having 100% dh somehow made us a suckier airline. Well read the list of airlines that aren't at 100%. Even the much touted as wholly owns don't have it.

It's not a defense of the 62% but a defense of accurate reporting and comparisons.

What exactly do we want?

So, what do we want since it appears we don't like this TA? :)

I think it's a decent contract and keep in mind Mesa is not funding the pay increases, United and American are. It's not ground breaking in the pay or benefits but compared to what is currently in place and what management has presented previously, its an improvement!
