Smoke and mirrors.

If you pull back the curtains, the wizard is just a hologram. If that was the best ALPA says they could do, then there needs to be a class action suit filed against them for misrepresentation. The money - actually, lots more of it, is there. We just have to have the spine (and unity) to fight back. Somewhere, JO is laughing hysterically at us. We're smart enough to operate multi-million dollar airplanes, but too ignorant to realize we've been sold down the river.

JO is laughing hysterically at those who have been here for more than 3 or 4 years.

Know the latter to be true. One of the ALPA negotiated team told me the story of JO insisting on paying more for FO’s, after I had heard the story from JO himself.

I'm real sure the union refused to accept more money for the pilots. You are being fed koolaid bro.. JO is about as cheap as they come!

You know you won’t be flying for a regional after this summer? Please, let us see your crystal ball. Just because you claim you will have 1000 TPIC does not mean every major or LCC will hire you instantly.

I know I will get hired. Look at the number of pilots hired by Delta, United and Southwest and how quickly out of Mesa at IAH. I fit the mold. We just lost another line check airman.

I tell pilots here. Lose some weight. Get in shape. Get your degree if you don’t have one. Look and act professional. Become a line check airman. And, assuming a clean record, gone in 60 seconds.
