You won’t get your hotel info until a couple days before class. They have pilots staying at several different hotels, but all are actually very nice hotels. I’ve been at a the Springhill Suites by Marriott during training and can’t complain. They have pilots at this place, the Radisson north of the airport, and the Doubletree off S. Priest.

Springhill suites is one of the worst hotels. Housekeeping has sticky fingers. If you get assigned that hotel watch your stuff security is lacking. Was badly in need of renovation. Chased a guy who entered my room with working key card. Front desk had no explanation.

Yeah, you can save a good bit of money buying groceries and cooking your own meals and a lot more healthy than the fast food places around there.
Have the hotel shuttle drop you off at Walmart or Fry’s and stock up.
