I would walk away from the table at that point until he gives in. If Mesa can’t afford to pay up they can sell to another company who does pay industry rates and can afford it. I would never vote in favor of a contract that doesn’t pay industry rates.

I really feel bad for the Mesa Captians they’re making $15,000-25,000/yr less than Endeavor, Republic, PSA, Piedmont, Compass, SkyWest, and now Envoy. For doing the same work.

Absolutely wrong they actually mske fatterpaychecks with 300%

I rather not have to dip down to 10 days off to make what everyone else already gets

I've been searching for a bit for the 2017 contract. Is it public record? How does one find it?

Go to your nearest bathroom stall and you will find it on a roll.

What are you trying to find out in particular?

300 pct extended through Aug 31. Kind of unexpected as the only open time is in the first part of the month.

Looks like Mesa got less than half the amount of people to upgrade that they wanted. I’m sure captains making $15-20 less an hr than other regionals doesn’t have anything to do with it.

Net upgrades are way up in the last few months. You can't tell if they got what they were looking for or not by looking at the standing bid results - they clearly say that they number required can change. I'm surprised a bit about the number of CA coming over to DFW from IAD. Yes the 700s are expiring next month but why not take the forced transfer if that happens and the compensation that comes with it?
