Cant really tell the projection, flying is about to go down because summers about over and at the moment not much attrition until they unfreeze the Aviate pool. If you do get reserve you should expect to fly a lot.

Any updates on new hires? Are classes full? Is training moving smooth or backed up already? Looking at the seniority list doesn’t look like many additions this year.

Senority list is updated quarterly (I believe)

I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s backed up. I was there for AQP a couple weeks ago and they sent guys home that were in recurrent. Initial guys in the hotel said they were sent home for weeks because of lack of sim availability and instructors.

2+ years on reserve for me, finally got a a line for august. On reserve I NEVER got over min guarantee, normally flew about 35-40 hours per month. It looks like most new hires are on ready reserve(airport standby) every day. That’s a 10 hour shift at the airport in case you were wondering.
