Well then, that takes the cake for the dumbest/most interesting thing I’ve seen in a crew memo before.

PHX isn't a real PDT ramp.

CLT/PHL is the real deal, and it's nuts.

Phoenix is senior…it will take a year or two to get there.

101 flights completed so far, 55 controllable delays. The is coming after we had 80 controllable delays yesterday. Good to see Maintence has their ******* together and is totally not a complete and total dumpster fire that takes an hour to replace a light bulb. Why is it that we are expected to do a job to a high level at this company but literally no one else in this company is? Demand to be paid like you are the only thing holding this airline together. Because you are.

The MEC email about LMS summed everything about this company up in one email. Whether its management, scheduling, or MX it always falls on the pilot group to deal with it.

That really should be the position for the entire industry going forward. Everyone pulling in the same direction. The next 5-8 years will be the best chance in our life time to make substantial improvements.

No, the demand for pilots will be at its highest for the next 5-8 years, gains should be maximized for the next generation.

ah gotcha. Well one could hope, at least

problem with that hope is we still have bottom dollar operators. Cough cough

like Atlas is getting screwed on their new contract, in which management used Mesa operating 737s so cheaply as an excuse not to give more pay or QOL. As soon as Mesa stops bending over and accepting what y’all accept, the easier it will be to move ahead with pay and QOL. Until then..

“It’s Mesa’s fault that some other negotiating committee failed their pilot group.” That’s a new one.
