Default What attracts people to Mesa?

What attracts to new hires to Mesa? There pay is nothing great. I've heard upgrades are long there now too. So why are they still around ?

Bases? Shiny Jets? Who knows....

I know two guys personally who went there after failing out of training at a different regional. They made it through training at Mesa and are now on the line. It's anyone's guess...

Mesa isn't the best place, but it meets many people needs (basing, upgrades, etc). Based off of that to each his/her own. I'm here because I've always lived in Houston and I upgraded in 15 months on the EJET. If we don't get more aircraft Mesa will struggle to survive with the current CBA.

No interview. Literally anyone can call Mesa and start class the following week.

This is what attracts people. They know mesa will take them when no one else will.
