If you stay at Mesa long enough you will get the opportunity to buy another iPad on your own dollar when they stop supporting your first one.

Can someone please explain to me again what the problem with Mesa Airlines is? Phone interviews? The only thing a company can't find out with a phone interview is what you look like. Low starting pay? Every company was there until recently. Filling classes with pilots that other regionals don't want? Everyone has to pass the same training process. I fly with a car dealer who says, "Why pay more if you don't have to?" If Mesa found a way to keep classes full without increasing pay, why would they pay more? It doesn't make sense to.

I think all starting pilots should get paid more, absolutely. But, what exactly is the hostility toward Mesa?
