Breaking news
In other company news, and as Dave Barry says "I am not making this up":
Safety Dept at Mesa today informed at least two pilots who have stayed at the La Quinta in Memphis within the last x weeks, that the hotel has tested positive for Legionnaire's Disease and it was 'suggested' the employees seek medical testing if there are any potential symptoms. What is beyond me is why there hasn't been an all-aircrew email blast sent out notifying us. I strongly suggest you send this information to everyone you know that may have stayed at this hotel. If only this could have been discussed on the company call...

Well I think I am soon to be a Lama, the call was enough to put me at a point that nothing is ever going to get better. Anyone that has friends at other airlines throw Mesa FOs a life line out they may need it. I was cautiously optimistic but my delusions were exactly that. Hell I think Great Lakes is better paying than us now. This is industrial leading in the wrong direction.
