They must not be too bad, JO said it himself, pay and benifits are not an issue at Mesa, you guys are are all so rich you don't even need to be paid, Mesa is just your little hobby.

So Frontier filed for Mediation after negotiating since March of this year, after six months. We've been negotiating six years. There's a disconnect, there.

How will mediation help when the union is on the company's side? Nothing, including mediation or arbitration, will help get a decent contract at Mesa besides a staffing shortage and cancellations, but by then it will be too late.

Maybe the union needs to do more polling? LOL!
