So Frontier filed for Mediation after negotiating since March of this year, after six months. We've been negotiating six years. There's a disconnect, there.

How will mediation help when the union is on the company's side? Nothing, including mediation or arbitration, will help get a decent contract at Mesa besides a staffing shortage and cancellations, but by then it will be too late.
