Default Navy’s New Targeted Reentry Program

Looks like a good way to get out, get hired by an airline to establish a seniority number, then come back to active duty.

If your DD214 reflects your TRP status, airlines will pick up on that real quick-like...

But I'm guessing not too many folks will be falling all over themselves to return to AD for a sea tour once they get off first-year airline pay and get a taste of QOL.

Save some sort of furlough situation, this would be a really dumb move.
People leave the military for all the same reasons that an airline job is awesome.
