Default Tricare ID?

Anybody tried printing out wallet ID cards for Tricare proof of insurance lately? Called them and they say hit the web site. Of course my password is expired because I haven't logged in for the last 20 minutes so I come up with another unique 16 digit password with caps, small letters, numbers, symbols, and ancient sanskrit diagrams. Get to the proof of insurance section and the site won't generate a .pdf. Turn off all pop-up blockers, ad-stop, and anti-virus software and it's an effing letter -- no wallet cards. I'd call them back but I'm sure they'd just refer me back to the useless POS web page that so perfectly represents one of the million reasons I was happy to GTFO and never go back...

Thanks!

I've always used my Id card, the benefits number is printed on the back.

All they really need is the number, they can look you up.

The Retired ID card is considered the insurance card.
