Yup, just make sure you’re paired with guys that want to fly on your deployments. AD ACs usually aren’t too concerned with time building because they’ll have the time they need when they can separate without killing themselves in the Died to do it.

Now that’s a good idea to pick a crew that wants to max fly in the Died with you. I would push that flying schedule deployed as much as possible. Makes super sense as their doesn’t seem to be a ton of flying going on compared to years prior over there.

Unless I caught ya’ll on 2 Beer Tuesday or something.

That brings back memories of a buddy who would make the rounds and borrow ID cards from anyone who wasn't hitting the bar that night. Always figured he'd wind up either in the brig or as an admiral, nothing in between. Last I heard he quite drinking and got command of a ship so maybe the later...
