Depends on whose protest it is and what end of the political spectrum you're aligned with. Are you still in? If so, then you would know some are more "equal" than others with respect to UCMJ action(s).

Naturally. But it's just a public service announcement, probably mostly applicable to retires, TR/SELRES, or IRR folks who may not read all the memos from the head-shed in a timely manner. Hopefully anyone on any kind of AD would have some SA right now.
