We really are not going to advance until you understand that both groups are a pack of liars and we don't need either side. What we do need is an understanding that we can get along very well without any of them.

One day we might just understand that the lies are never acceptable for any reason. If you embrace lies,for any reason, you are part of the problem.

As long as people continue to forgive the liars and keep voting for them when caught, they will continue to think they can lie and get away with it. I can forgive, but I won't forget. If nobody takes a stand, nothing will change. I don't want to be represented by liars. YMMV.
