Default Reserves to ANG and promotion

Anybody care to try to answer this?

I got passed over for O-5 in June. I had all my PME done, current dec etc. - no obvious reason I was passed over other than a 39% rate for line dudes. I'm currently a TR, but may have a line on an AGR position. If I move over to the guard after the closeout for the Guard Board but before the Reserve Board convenes, am I considered twice passed over? Can I meet a supplimental board? Do I meet the reserve board if I move over after the PRF's are forwarded to ARPC or does my change in status immediately affect everything?

Of course, I realize this is a quesiton for ARPC, but they aren't as fun as you guys.

Not the exact scenario but I know an AD guy twice passed over, kicked out of AD (one of the 140 or so Majors last year) who went into the ANG, met a board, and got selected to O-5. So good luck to you and hopefully you can do the same.
